• Beets – 3
• Onions – 2
• Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
• Olive Oil – 1 Teaspoon

Instructions:
You’ll want to cook your three beets in salted water to flavor them and soften them up a bit. After removing from the water, you’ll want to chunk these cooked beets. You’ll want to chop up the two onions and add them to the cooked beets. Add your vinegar and olive oil over your easy to prepare salad. Season to taste with your Himalayanpink salt and pepper.
