  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • Milk, 500 ml
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  • Water, 125 ml

Preparation:

In a pot, combine milk and water with minced garlic and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then, bring it to a boil over medium heat. Add the sugar last, and stir it in until it dissolves.

This beverage may heal arthritis, asthma, and cough, manage cholesterol levels, and prevent heart disease while reducing sleeplessness!
