Ginger and turmeric have been used for ages. Both spices have potent anti-inflammatory properties, making them useful for treating a variety of illnesses as well as discomfort.

Many illnesses are usually linked to inflammation

The body uses inflammation to create a healthy equilibrium. Chronic inflammation, on the other hand, can cause life-threatening conditions including depression, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. You may take turmeric, which has remarkable anti-inflammatory properties, to keep your health at its best.

Advantages of turmeric tea for health

Turmeric gets its color and therapeutic properties from curcumin. It is said to improve liver function and reduce flatulence, as per herbal medicine. It can be used to treat chronic digestive problems, rheumatoid arthritis, joint inflammation, and stomach discomfort.

Curcumin cannot, sadly, be absorbed by the body on its own. Increase its bioavailability by combining it with black pepper. Black pepper’s piperine dramatically raises the rate at which curcumin is absorbed by 2000%.

Advantages of ginger tea for health

According to the book Herbal Medicine, ginger decreases inflammation and soothes pain. It’s just as helpful as ibuprofen.  It can be used to treat cardiovascular problems, osteoarthritis, stomach pains, nausea and rheumatism.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Brain health
  • Anti-inflammatory effect
  • cholesterol levels and blood pressure
  • Digestion
  • Heart health
  • Blood circulation
