Avocados: Avocados are rich in folic acid, which may help prevent hearing loss. The ears benefit greatly from folic acid. Low folic acid levels are associated with an increased risk of hearing loss in many recent studies.

Zinc is another excellent natural remedy for hearing loss. According to a new study, instances of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) can be improved by zinc supplementation. A substantial improvement in hearing improvement was noticed in patients with SSNHL who got zinc supplements alongside corticosteroids. They did not notice the same in the control group, which received steroids.
