Calendula (pot marigold)

Process:

Take two tablespoons of this tea blend in the evening. Don ‘t forget to pour two cups of cold water over them. At room temperature, let them steep overnight. The following morning, boil mixture and simmer for five minutes. Strain the mixture. In the course of one day, consume the whole amount of it.
