Jamie and Billy Berland married in 1954. The happy couple enjoyed 60 years of incredible happiness. Her family has grown and expanded from children to grandchildren. Bailey was a teacher and known for her greedy notes. She had a very interesting habit: leaving notes at home.
Billy died on January 13, 2015 at the beautiful age of 83, when Jamie’s heart was broken in two. Two days after her death, the man saw a thick note in the woman’s wallet. What he found was a message from the afterlife, this time his wife wrote a handwritten letter, not for himself but for him.
Jimmy couldn’t believe it, this is what the note said:
“Please don’t cry because I died!
Smile because I lived!
Know that I’m in a happy place!
Know that we will meet again!
I’ll see you there!”
