Jennifer Gray, the famous ‘Dirty Dancing’ actress turned 61 on March 26th. The role of Baby in 1987 made her famous around the world, but she has slipped out of the limelight in recent years, and the actress recently revealed why.
Jennifer admitted she ruined her career on her own after undergoing cosmetic surgery. The star said in an interview that cosmetic surgery ruined her angelic face, which made her famous and anonymous because no one recognized her anymore.
“Dirty Dancing” made Jennifer and Patrick Swayze real stars and the two were on the verge of success. However, a few years after the film came out, Bibi disappeared from the limelight and nobody knew anything about her, while Patrick took on extraordinary roles.
However, Jennifer admitted that this was because she made the mistake of resorting to plastic surgery in the early ’90s, a nose job that left her unknown, a fact that plagued her career.
“I went into the operating room as a character and came out an anonymous person. The actress fell in love with famous actors such as Matthew Broderick and Johnny Depp, and in 2001 she married Clark Gregg, with whom she has a little girl, named Stella, aged 19, who is gorgeous and steps on them, being also she’s an actress. Unfortunately, the pandemic also had its say in the case of Jennifer and Clark, who decided to divorce last year, after 19 years of marriage, the divorce being completed only this year.
