It turns out that inhaling the scent of rosemary can do some pretty fantastic things. Are you experiencing memory loss challenges?
Over time, rosemary has been used to treat several health issues. Long-term Memory and attentiveness may both be improved with this wonderful plant. Researchers from Northumbria University Newcastle conducted a study on this plant and discovered that inhaling the scent of rosemary improved both primary and secondary memory ability.
66 individuals were randomly allocated to either the rosemary-scented room or the control room (unscented room) for the trial duration. It was found that participants in the rosemary room performed better. Results from this study were not conclusive.
A similar set of findings were obtained from another independent research. Dr. Mark Moss conducted this study, including taking twenty healthy participants and doing the same thing.
