This my favorite remedy as far as handling pain is concerned and below I’m going to let you know how it is prepared. It is important to stay hydrated and relaxed when trying it out. Regardless of the circumstances, make sure you take a lot of water for effective results.
Ingredients for Cayenne Joint and Muscle Rub:
- Coconut oil (1/2 cup)
- Bee wax (1/2 cup)
- Organic cayenne powder (4 teaspoons)
- 8 oz. glass jar
- Peppermint essential oil (20 drops)
- Organic ginger powder (2 teaspoons)
- Organic turmeric powder (2 teaspoons)
- Mix bee wax and coconut oil in a glass bowl
- Place it in a saucepan containing 3 inches of water (can be more if necessary)
- Allow the water to simmer and occasionally mix it
- While mixing add the remaining ingredients
- After thoroughly mixing, pour the mixture into the jar, and after it has cooled seal it
- You can now rub onto the affected regions. You can use it up to 8 weeks
